A passion for creating music
We are a passionate and dedicated non-profit organization committed to nurturing the musical talents of children and youth in our community. Through our engaging and enriching programs, we offer children the opportunity to develop their vocal skills, build confidence, and cultivate a deep appreciation for music. Our team of experienced instructors provides expert guidance, fostering a supportive environment where each participant can flourish.
Choir Member Participation:
We will actively engage the children and youth who are part of our choir, who are residents themselves, in the decision-making processes. This participation empowers them to take ownership of their choir experience and fosters a sense of pride in contributing to the broader community through their talents.
Community Input Sessions:
We will organize regular meetings and feedback sessions with residents of senior and social housing locations to gather their suggestions, preferences, and expectations for the choir performances and programs.
Volunteer Opprotunities
We will encourage residents to actively participate by offering volunteer roles such as event planning, ushering, and mentorship for choir members. Their involvement will be integral to the overall experience.
Tailored Performances:
We will tailor our performances to include songs and themes suggested by the residents, making them feel a sense of ownership and connection to the events.
Community Service:
Beyond our training, we bring joy and harmony to the lives of our local senior and social housing residents through captivating performances. We believe in the transformative power of music, and by sharing the voices of our young talents, we brighten the lives of those who may be experiencing challenging circumstances.
Survey and Feedback Mechanisms
We will establish surveys and feedback channels for residents to provide ongoing input and constructive criticism to shape the direction of our programs and performances.
